Terms of Service

Who can use munmun

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. The Service is for parents and adult caretakers tracking a child’s care.

Your account

• You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You’re responsible for the caretaker PINs and invite links you generate and who you share them with.
• You may delete your account at any time from Profile & Settings; this permanently removes your data.

Your content

The data you enter — baby profiles, logs, photos, notes — belongs to you. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display it to you and the caretakers and co-parents you authorize, solely to operate the Service.

Not medical advice

munmun provides general informational content (growth percentiles, sleep and developmental guidance, food and milestone information). It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care. Always consult your pediatrician for medical decisions. You use the Service’s guidance at your own discretion.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service unlawfully, or attempt to breach its security or access data that isn’t yours.
• Don’t upload content that infringes others’ rights or that you don’t have the right to share.
• Don’t resell or misuse the Service.

Service availability

We work to keep munmun available and reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

Pricing

munmun is currently provided free of charge — no subscription or in-app purchase is required to use its features. If we introduce optional paid features in the future, the pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation terms will be presented to you at the point of purchase. Any purchases made through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple’s terms and are managed through your App Store account.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Maryland, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
